Open concept living with modern décor. The main floor kitchen, dining and living room offers stunning views of the lake with easy access to a outdoor living space which includes built in gas bbq, charcoal bbq, and smoker. Comfortable outdoor sectional and 8 person outdoor dining table.
50ft of unobstructed lakefront views with southern exposure, sun all day long. Concrete pier with extended patio dock that's easily accessible into crystal clear water with NO SEAWEED! Waterfront also includes a full landscaped firepit area.
Basement has full office space with highspeed internet and a cozy family room with big screen TV and fireplace. Basement also includes large laundry room.
Friday-Friday booking preferred.
$2000 Damage Deposit Fee. Returned upon inspection (check out day).
