Welcome to our vacation property! This gorgeous 4200 square foot walkout bungalow has views of Kalamalka Lake from almost every room. With 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, open concept main living space including a well-supplied kitchen, and large lower level recreation room, this property can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people.
The primary bedroom with ensuite & walk-in closet are on the main floor. The ensuite has 2 sinks, walk-in shower, separate water closet and a soaker tub—float in the tub after a busy day and enjoy views of the lake beside the 2-sided fireplace. A second full bathroom and bedroom with pull-out double bed are also on the main floor.
The walkout basement hosts 3 bedrooms & 1 full bathroom. The bathroom is uniquely designed with 2 sinks and a separate toilet/bathing area allowing for multiple people to use the space at once. The recreation room is set up with a ping pong table, Foosball, TV, Apple TV, and tons of board games. There is also a small work out area with stationary bike & light weights.
The main floor balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink, or seat everyone around the outdoor eating area for family meals. A gas Napoleon barbecue is also included in your rental. Public water access is across the street and a private buoy is available for your use.
The beaches of Kalamalka Park are a 10-minute walk away, or drive 10 minutes to the incredible Kal Beach. Only a block away, Kalamalka Park also has walking, running and mountain biking trails with unparalleled views. The park is not only for summer--it is equally lovely in the winter. We are a 30-minute drive from Silver Star Mountain and world-renowned Sovereign Lake Nordic Centre.
