With spectacular views across the famous Niccone Valley towards Mercatale di Cortona the villa is beautifully presented with a mix of antiques, quality Italian country furniture and original artworks.
San Martino has four generous double bedrooms and an additional loft room with two children's beds and a cot. The two spacious bathrooms and the shower room are all tastefully designed. The house has a large lounge and a dining kitchen and a further smaller lounge area for relaxing. There are beams in every room and cotto flooring throughout.
The gardens are immaculately cared for and include large ornamental pots planted with bright seasonal flowers and the private infinity pool looks across the valley. The property is ideally located to visit all the delights of Tuscany and Umbria including Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza, Perugia, Assisi, Montone, Gubbio, Siena and of course, Florence.
