It is located right next to the Blanes Botanical Garden, a 5-minute walk from the port, town center and multiple shops, bars and restaurants. The famous Cala Sant Francesc is a 5 minute walk away. It has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 toilet, fully equipped kitchen, private pool, parking, Wi-Fi, barbecue and A/C. 50 km from Barcelona and 30 km from Girona.
It is a modern house, with the best finishes and incredible sea views from almost every room. It has 4 rooms with a large double bed and 1 room with 3 single beds. One of the best things in the house is the bathroom with the bathtub overlooking the sea. There is no better place to relax!
On hot days you can enjoy the refreshing pool or go down to a private beach that is 100 meters from the house. In the afternoon you can organize a delicious barbecue or go down to the town (5 min walk) and eat in one of the many restaurants with a wide gastronomic offer.

To move around the area you do not need any transport. The town center is only 5 minutes away on foot. The private beach is just 100 meters from the house.
