This sublime and luxurious Villa is situated on the first line of the sea in the most enlightened and noble area of Tenerife. The breathtaking view over the Atlantic, the coast and the illuminated city of Puerto de la Cruz will never be forgotten.
The property consists of 2,750 sqm and with its beautiful gardens and terraces has a living space of 1,000 sqm. We reach the sumptuous Villa through the entrance area with a height of 7 meters, which communicates with the living room and dining room with its panoramic windows, cozy and comfortable living room with chimney, roofed terrace with unforgettable views and outdoor kitchen.
At this level is an exclusive furnished office, a generous kitchen (40 sqm) equipped with all appliances and a large pantry. Next to the kitchen is the garage for two cars and the room for washing and ironing.
The mansion has over 5 luxury bedrooms (all with its bathroom en suite, with shower and bath) and its dressing room or wardrobes. All bedrooms have direct access to large terraces with great views. One of the bedrooms is on the top floor and has its own terrace with an incomparable panoramic view.
Through the natural stone cellar we have access to the lower area. Here you will find the spacious Bar (170 sqm) with the party and game room and its recreational activities (pool table, darts, air hockey, table football, CD and DVD player, television, Internet and wireless internet). The bar is equipped with a kitchen (barbecue outside), refrigeration equipment and two guest toilets. An integrated music system provides music to the inside and outside of the house.
A magnificent swimming pool (5×13 meters) with a minimum temperature of 28 degrees Celsius and the most modern ozone technology (without chlorine) awaits you outdoors. The swim will also be an unforgettable experience for allergy sufferers.
Another highlight is the artificial beach that invites us to dream. The generous Spa is equipped with shower, washbasin, Fitness and Massage Room as well as the Finnish Sauna.
This large luxury villa has been built to the highest standard of quality. The property has been designed by a famous Spanish architect and has many extras, such as: underfloor heating throughout the house, electric awnings, electric curtains and blinds for all windows, double glazing and safety glass, as well as bathrooms and marble floors.
