The luxurious newly built Villa Nuri is the ideal choice for all lovers of an elite vacation who are ready to indulge themselves in the magic of the island of Pag, the holiday villa is located only 150 meters from the sea and a pebble beach and has an amazingly breathtaking view of the Adriatic sea and nearby islands.
Located in Jakišnica, 12 kilometers from Novalja, between Luna and Potočnica on the northwest coast of the island of Pag, this brand new rental villa covers a total of 650m2 of horticulturally landscaped plot surrounded by a protective fence, and the living space itself is located in a 350m2 modern villa.
The villa is divided into 2 floors: a ground floor and a first floor and has 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and extra large king-size beds (200x210 cm), and one additional bathroom is situated on the ground floor. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and 3 of them located on the first floor have access to the spacious balcony with furniture, while the ground floor bedroom has access to the patio with pool and courtyard. An additional sleeping arrangement is located in the living room and provides sofa beds where 2 kids can sleep.
The spacious ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful living room making common open space, a private gym and sauna, a bathroom, and one bedroom. All ground floor has access to the main garden with a swimming pool.
Visitors can enjoy a personal outdoor saltwater pool of 60m2 which can be heated depending on your wish per extra charge. Next to the pool area, there is a heated outdoor shower, a lounge area with a pergola, and an outdoor dining table with chairs. Moreover, visitors can go up to the roof terrace with a jacuzzi (235x235 cm) for 5 people and enjoy the view from the jacuzzi or a spacious lounge zone located next to it.
