The property of the Luxury villa Nikkal Novalja extends over 650 m2 and its residential part covers an area of 290 m2 over two floors: the ground floor and the first floor.
The central place of the courtyard is reserved for the large private saltwater pool with a sundeck and lounges. Next to a pool, there is a lawn area with a children’s playground, a barbecue grill, and a terrace with a modern bioclimatic pergola and a dining table with 10 chairs.
The living area of the ground floor consists of a modern fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with a table for 10 people, and a living room with comfortable expandable sofas. An extra sleeping arrangement is located in the living room and provides sofa beds where additional 2 children can sleep. The first out of four bedrooms with an en suite bathroom is also located on the ground floor and has an access to the spacious pavement and the courtyard. One additional bathroom is also situated on the ground floor.
The modern open contemporary staircase leads you to the first floor and a roofed terrace. On the first floor of this Luxury pet-friendly villa Nikkal Novalja, there are three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and balconies. All of the bedrooms of this luxury villa are equipped with extra large double beds (200 x 210 cm), SMART TVs, and air conditioning, the furniture is completely tailor-made.
