This 4 bedroom luxury villa is set in a quiet street just a few minutes drive from Vale do Lobo's beaches and golf courses and from the Quinta do Lago resort. Surrounded by manicured gardens, once you are lying by the pool or having a meal on one of the terraces you will never want to leave.
Casa Roma has air conditioning throughout, private parking for several cars and the private pool can be heated (extra cost).
EXERCISE / GOLF PUTTY AREA: Newly built exercise area on synthetic grass with a 2 hole golf putty green.
MASTER BEDROOM
Located on the 1st floor. Stairs lead to an ante room, with a desk and chair, which can be used as an office or reading room which then leads into a very spacious double bedroom with a separate walk-in wardrobe. Sliding doors lead out to a balcony that overlooks the gardens. The luxurious en suite bathroom has twin basins, bath and separate shower.
GROUND FLOOR:
As you enter the villa you will find:
- 1 x double bedroom with en suite shower
- 2 x twin bedrooms
- 1 x family bathroom
Two of the bedrooms have sliding doors that open onto a substantial terrace which overlooks the garden and steps leading down to the swimming pool and surrounding patio.
The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all essentials including:
-dishwasher,
-washing machine,
- tumble dryer,
-fridge,
-toaster,
-coffee machine,
-microwave,
-year,
Large open plan living room and dining room with IPTV and DVD player.
Sliding doors lead from both the living room and dining room to a large terrace where you will find two tables with chairs and BBQ facilities giving plenty of al fresco dining options. This terrace overlooks the gardens and has steps down to the swimming pool and surrounding patio with space to relax on sunbeds or on a sofa and chairs.
We are close to one of the most beautiful areas of the Algarve. Our Ria Formosa Natural Park is an amazing place with its variety of landscapes and its unique coastal lagoon which is constantly changing due to the continuous movement of winds, currents and tides.
In the surrounding area to Casa Roma, there are many restaurants to choose from and within 20 minutes drive is Vilamoura with its many restaurants, shops, Marina and Casino.

Summary: This is the fourth time staying in this property. Since our last stay many improvements have been made to the inside and outside of the property - new kitchen and also made into open plan living area, new bathrooms, golf/wellness area space in the garden. The villa is in a very peaceful location and within 5 minutes drive to the praca/beach at Vale do Lobo and 10 mins from well stocked supermarket with many British brands and a great deli and bakery counter (Apolonia in Almancil) . The villa is in a central location for many restaurants and only about 25 mins from Faro airport. The only improvement I could suggest would be to the mattress topper in the master bedroom as it’s too small for the large bed and I woke up thinking that I was rolling off the edge of the bed! Very small improvement suggestion as everything else was perfect. Nadia was extremely easy to deal with. We had an issue with the toilet not flushing when we arrived. It was fixed within two hours (due to wear and tear on the handle inside the cistern). If you don’t have a car, it’s easy to get around using Uber. Plenty of cars available (beginning of June) and about 5 euros excluding tip to get to the praca/beach.
