4 bedrooms, 4,5 bathrooms’ villa (you can rent is as a 3 or 4 bedroom at different price level. In any case the Villa will be rented only to one party at a time. The unrented rooms will remain locked)with a private pool and an amazing view, Villa Fair Winds is a spectacular contemporary four bedrooms/4,5 bathrooms’ Caribbean villa situated in the middle of a tropical garden in the renowned Sugar Ridge Resort, on Antigua’s West Coast. It is built on a commanding hill position but only footsteps away from Jolly Harbour Marina and Antigua’s most famous beaches.
Finished in January 2016, the Villa is nested in a quite and reserved corner of Sugar Ridge yet very close to restaurants, Marina, shops, supermarket and golf club, all reachable even on foot with a few minutes’ walk. The villa interiors, rich of extravagant oriental touches, include all Italian travertine floors, professional Smeg and Whirlpool appliances, sophisticated Balinese furniture and some famous artists’ repro painting such as Gaugin, Picasso, Van Gogh and Matisse.
The view from all rooms, terrace and infinity pool is simply stunning and unforgettable. The Five Sisters, Jolly Harbour and some of Antigua’s best beaches such as Jolly Beach, Fryers Beach and Cocos Beach are your holidays daily view at Villa Fair Winds. The villa orientation privileges your privacy from the other Sugar Ridge constructions and a constant breeze will always contribute in making your days and nights cool and confortable.
And there’s more: challenge yourself to make a real pizza by the pool with our professional, made in Italy, wood oven (wood is not provided to prevent termites traffic)Pick some of our papayas, mangos, avocados all available from the trees around the villa or season your meals with the many herbs and spices grown in the backyard.
You can enjoy the marvelous Antiguan sunsets drinking a cocktail in the open gazebo, looking over at the islands or Redonda, St. Kitts and Nevis. Many excellent restaurants are just down the road.
Upon your arrival, our staff will pick you up at the airport and take you to Villa Fair Winds in less than 20 minutes’ drive. Private cleaner, 24/7 security at the main gate, beach towels and other amenities are all part of your package for a special and unforgettable holiday.

Summary: Communication with management was easy and we were greeted when we arrived and given a tour including how to work the gate to the property, appliances, AC units and everything in between. The photos online do not do this property justice, it is gorgeous! The large living area opens with sliding glass doors on two sides on the balcony with seating and dining area, pool and view of Jolly Harbor. We had access to a pizza oven and grill as well as a full kitchen. There are 2 large bedrooms upstairs, each with their own full bath and a 1/2 bath just off the living room. The basement also has 2 bedrooms with full bath in each. While it's an island and there are naturally bugs, we did not have any issue inside the home. The mosquitoes exist and we were cautioned by mgmt to avoid dusk and dawn outside, but really were not bothered. We rented our own van for transportation and used that to visit the grocery store at Jolly Harbor many times. Our favorite beaches close by were Darkwood and Ffryes but there are many to choose from! We did not feel beaches were within walking distance due to home on a steep hill, so know that going in. If you want to visit other parts of the island, the drive takes longer than what Google Maps says due to condition of roads. We did not have a problem getting around, it just takes some time. Overall I would absolutely recommend this property!
