The Space:

This rental consists of 2 separate units that, when rented together, accommodate up to 14. The main part of the house features three bedrooms, all with AC, 55” TVs, ensuite bathrooms, and 2 USB and 2 electrical connections in each nightstand! There’s also a half bath for added convenience.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the residence during your stay. Renting a car is highly recommending since there is limited public transportation or taxis in the area. While the villa is part of the beautiful Ciudad Mayakoba community, please note that it does not include access to the exclusive Mayakoba resorts, reserved for guests and non-residents with prior reservations—it provides a peaceful and secure retreat for a relaxing getaway.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Cancún International Airport (CUN), located just 48 km (30 mi) away. Having a car is highly recommended, as the property is in a residential area and public transportation, including taxis, is limited. While there are beautiful bike paths within the gated community, please note that the roads outside the complex are not ideal for walking or biking, making a car the most practical way to explore the surrounding area. The property offers 3 driveway parking spaces and additional street parking for your convenience.
Taxis must be booked in advance (your local host can help) and the rates start from 25 usd.
Other Things to Note:
The jacuzzi or pool on the third level is heated and is ideal for use during the winter season or upon request. Please note that due to high electricity consumption, an additional fee of $60 USD per day applies. This service must be arranged for the entire duration of your stay.
It’s mandatory to send a copy of the ID of the main guest and adult guests staying at the property. The building administration enforces the requirement to send IDs. Failure to send the IDs will result in denied access to the building.
Having a car is highly recommended, as the property is in a residential area and public transportation, including taxis, is limited.
Guests must climb stairs.
There is one main entrance to the building, and each unit has its own secure entrance.
For stays of more than 28 nights, there is a monthly electricity allotment. Any electricity usage over that amount is the guest's responsibility.
A baby crib is available by request extra charge applies.
Daily light cleaning service is available upon request at no additional fee. If you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.
Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, for non Airbnb reservations. This fee will be a temporary hold, released after check-out, provided all terms are met.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $400 penalty.
- No parties, events, or illegal activity allowed, and excessive noise will not be tolerated, especially after 10 p.m. Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Please respect the neighbors.
- No visitors or more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are welcome for long-term stays (subject to approval).
Interaction with Guests:
Check-in is in person, and the host will meet you upon arrival. Please provide your approximate arrival time at least 24 hours in advance via Whatsapp or using the booking platform.
