Welcome to Briar Rose Villa (aka BRV)! Our 3,000 sq. foot luxury villa sleeps 14 and was completely renovated in 2017. There are 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and our villa has everything that you and your loved ones need in a vacation home. BRV is in a highly desirable section of the distinguished Windsor Hills Resort, which is the closest gated resort community to Disney World (the front gates are only 2 miles away)! We are one block away from an incredible castle-themed playground, as well as a quarter mile (walking distance) from the beautiful clubhouse, pool and all the incredible resort amenities. The resort features a huge Olympic size heated pool with zero entry section for the little ones, a 2-story water slide, dancing water fountains, a hot tub lagoon spa, massive sun decks, and a sundry shop for food, snacks, and drinks. Guests are also welcome to numerous complementary recreational activities, a fitness center, movie theater, arcade, communal BBQs, picnic areas, ping pong, tennis courts, volleyball, putting green, basketball and three playgrounds. Additionally, sports equipment may be borrowed for a small deposit. Borrowing the original name of one of the first Disney princesses, Aurora (aka Sleeping Beauty), Briar Rose Villa was designed to be playful, happy, and to put a smile on your face. Whether it's the vintage Disney attraction posters in the living room or the Small World clock in the kitchen, you will experience a little pixie dust magic in every room. Our villa is equipped with all new luxurious furnishings, new appliances, private washer / dryer, new pool / spa heater, fully resurfaced and private SOUTH FACING screened-in pool and attached spa (hot tub), new bedding, new mattresses, 6 Disney themed bedrooms (3 geared for kids, 3 for adults, each with a TV), 65” Smart 4K TV with Netflix and an Xbox One S in the family room, Free WiFi internet, and unlimited calling within the U.S. The air-conditioned game room has been fully renovated and includes a slate bed billiard table, foosball, air hockey, a TV and a pub table. On the first floor, there is both a living room AND a family room. Our dining room features a generous table that can seat up to 10 people and 8 people can be seated in the kitchen! Going from the kitchen to the lanai via the sliding door (with door alarm), our patio furniture can accommodate 6 people at the table and there are 4 additional lounge chairs. BRV includes everything that you need to make yourself at home - coffee maker, tea kettle, blender, slow cooker, Mickey toaster and waffle maker, dinnerware, glassware, flatware, pots and pans, bakeware, BPA free dishes/bowls/cups/utensils for kids, pool towels, dish towels, bathing towels, hair dryers, iron/ironing board, clothes drying rack, etc. Baby gear includes 2 strollers, high chair, 2 pack n plays with sheets, step stool, toddler bed rail, and a child safety gate.
