The villa can accommodate up to 8 people. A baby cot, a high chair and toys are also available. Tranquilidad is entirely ground floor, has a spacious living room and a kitchen with all appliances and kitchenware. There are four bedrooms, all with their own bathroom. The bathrooms have a bath and / or shower, toilet, sink and underfloor heating. Living room and bedrooms have air conditioning. Next to the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine and dryer.
Around the house is a large terrace with a dining table for at least 8 people and a wonderful lounge set with a sea view.
A level lower than the house is the swimming pool (9x3.5 m), also here is a spacious terrace. There are sun beds, umbrellas and two comfortable chairs. A wonderful place to spend your day.

A perfect place to enjoy the sunset with a good glass of wine in the morning with a cup of coffee or in the evening. A large dining table is of course also outside where you can have a nice breakfast in the morning and / or where you can have a nice dinner. A (gas) barbecue is ready for use. Don't forget to enjoy the view in these places.
