Set on ¼ acre plot within the exclusive Tuscan Ridge development, with its two master bedroom suites and heated south facing private pool and spa that is splashed with sunshine all day.
This luxury 5 bedroom, 3 ½ bathroom villa with games room is the perfect holiday home for all the family.
Perfect for 1 or 2 families holidaying together is the inclusion of two master ensuite bedrooms.
The main master has a King-sized bed with walk-in closet space, large shower cabinet, double ended bath and twin wash hand basins.
The guest master has a Queen-sized bed with double wardrobes, shower cabinet, bath and wash hand basin. Cable TV's are included in all bedrooms. Bedrooms 3 & 4 have twin beds, wardrobes, and share a third bathroom with shower. Bedroom 5 boasts a second king size bed with wardrobe.
The villa comfortably sleeps 10 people in 7 beds that have all been update to memory foam mattresses with cool gel toppers as of August 2019 .
We have also provided, for your convenience, a small outdoor refrigerator to keep your drinks cool without having to continuously run to the kitchen refrigerator for that cold beverage.
In October 2019 we added new pots and pans to help you prepare any for any meals you might want to make while staying in the home.
We also added a new Keurig coffee machine that’s been placed on the kitchen counter.
And just for kicks we added to the game room a large sized Connect 4.
We are located around 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO) and just over and hour from Sanford (SFB) and Tampa (TPA) airports. Tuscan Ridge is a great place to stay for a dream Flordia house vacation. This luxury vacation house is located in a secluded community and is surrounded by pine woods making it a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
When you have finished relaxing at your Tuscan Ridge vacation house and are ready for action, Orlando is the place to be with all the Disney World Theme Parks as well as Sea World, Universal Studios approximately 20 minutes away. In the summer months why not visit some of Orlando’s water parks like Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach, Wet n Wild located on International Drive or the recently opened Legoland Florida Water Park in Winter Haven. Or even Busch Gardens in Tampa about an hour away.
Tuscan Ridge is also close to loads of golf courses like Highlands Reserve, Southern Dunes and Ridgewood Lakes within about 5 minutes. Other nearby golf clubs include Champions Gate which has two Greg Norman designed courses , The National and International, Mystic Dunes, Celebration Golf Club and Orange County National which is home of the PGA Tour School Qualifying and again has two great courses Crooked Cat and Panther Lakes.
Not far from this home is International Drive. The International Drive Resort Area provides visitors to the Orlando area with world-class attractions, entertainment, dining and shopping fun for the entire family!
