The interior of the villa, remarkably spacious, has been paid so much attention to detail as fine furniture and original vaulted ceilings, terracotta floors, chestnut beams and every kind of comfort. This wonderful property is surrounded by a beautiful and well-kept garden, embellished with beds of roses, rosmarine, flowering shrubs and various types of apples and lot of other plants,within which there is a wonderful irregular SWIMMING POOL with large SOLARIUM and a wonderful Barbecue area.
Nestled in the green hills of Umbria and quiet on the border with Tuscany ( Montepulciano is only 15 minutes drive from the Villa), offers its guests a holiday of relaxation, tranquillity, privacy and contact with nature.
This Villa is a truly unique residence. Delightfully presented and restored with compassion for the surrounding area, this Umbrian property combines appealing authenticity with simple, comfortable living.
