This comfortable and elegantly furnished apartment is located in a quiet residential complex with 24-hour security. The residence has a beautiful garden with two large swimming pools. A 3 minute walk across the coastal road leads to the quiet and charming Bain Boeuf public beach which boasts a stunning view of the Coin de Mire island. The popular Pereybere beach is a 10 to 15 minutes walk away. Further north is the peaceful fishermen village of Cap Malheureux and its iconic red roof chapel. The large shopping malls of Super U and La Croisette are a 30 minutes drive away in Grand Baie.
Space and amenities
The accommodation consists of one entire two-floor apartment with two en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the top floor, with a spacious living room / open kitchen and an equally spacious terrace / dining area. An additional separate bathroom is also available.
Bedroom 2, one floor lower, includes en-suite bathroom and kitchenette facilities.
Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and in the living room. A minisafe is also available in each bedroom for storing your valuables.
