Please contact us for monthly specials (up to 3 months)!!! Welcome to this new HOME. Located in the desirable new subdivision of Hidden Forest, it is only 17 min from Disney and 5 min from all stores (24/7 Walmart nearby) and all main restaurant chains. From the moment you enter the property you will love how bright, elegant and open it is. The house was built this summer 2021 and professionally furnished by a famous local interior design company. The property can host up to 6 guests. Downstairs there is a queen bedroom with ensuite. Upstairs: 1 king bedroom with ensuite, and a third bedroom with twin beds. Each bedroom has TV. There is also a den upstairs with couch and TV for you to enjoy some "me-time". The kitchen is high-end as all the furniture. It comes with pots and pans, with a washer and dryer... just bring your suitcase, and relax. There is a private plunge pool for your own enjoyment. But you also have free access to the community clubhouse (gym, game room, heated pool and spa...). If you want to spend some quality time in Florida, for a few days or a few months, this is the place to be.
*Pool heating is NOT included in the rental unless specified in your rate. Please contact us to get a quote. You can still use the pool without heating, of course. ** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.
