This newly built two-story townhome features 2,700 square feet with three bedrooms, and three and a half bathrooms to accommodate up to 8 guests in comfort.
Entering the home through the front door puts you directly into the main level great room with the living room, kitchen, and dining area.
Living Room: The living room features contemporary style furnishing including a sectional sofa, a 75” Smart TV, and a cozy gas fireplace. You'll enjoy fabulous views, and the entire home is equipped with floor-to-ceiling automatic shades.
Kitchen: Fully equipped, the kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a Wolf gas range, and a Subzero refrigerator. Enjoy the large waterfall-style quartz kitchen island with seating for four.
Dining Area: The dining area offers a petrified wood dining table with seating for six.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms (all on the upper level):
Master Bedroom — King-size bed, 65” Smart TV, gas fireplace, and a private balcony with surrounding views. The ensuite bathroom has double sinks, a spacious soaking tub and a separate glass shower.
Bedroom 2 — King size bed, 45” Smart TV, private bathroom features a shower.
Bedroom 3/bunk room — Two twin over queen bunks that feature custom built-in lighting for each bed.
Full shared bathroom on upper level offers a large shower.
