This 2200 square foot vacation home is located in Old Town, Florida on the Suwannee River in between Fanning and Manatee Springs. If you’re looking for a luxury place to relax, this house is exactly what you’re looking for. This house has a wrap-around porch with plenty of chairs and a swing for seating on the front porch with a water view of the Suwannee, full kitchen with granite countertops, full A/C unit, 2 hot water heaters, DVD player along with local TV channels, stereo speaker system throughout/underneath house that can be connected with phones, bonfire pit, washer & dryer, and all kitchen utensils you may need during your stay. Enjoy the peaceful River water, the Andrews Reserve area across the river, the manatees, and other wildlife from the gazebo. Bring your own boat or we have three 1-person kayaks or 1 3-person canoe for use. There is plenty of space, a 5 car carport underneath the house for cars and boats/trailers. Boat ramp access is a few houses down, in the same neighborhood. This house has a master bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom, three other bedrooms; 1 room with 2 twins, and 2 rooms with bunk beds (lower bed full-size bed, upper bed twin size bed); and another bathroom. Every mattress except the top bunk beds is tempur-pedic so you'll be sure to get a good nights sleep. Please note: Cell service may be limited. Unit does not currently have WiFi. We are currently experiencing flooding. Dock has moved out of poles and cannot be used.
