The space This fourth floor Apartment consists of three bedrooms (all with queen size beds) and two modern well equipped bathrooms. The large lounge/dining area leads out to the undercover balcony offering outstanding water views across Koombana Bay and the Inlet. This stunning suite is well worth its price, in every aspect and you would certainly not be disappointed. Guest access Secure undercover parking for two vehicles on site, with lift access to the suite. Guests also have access to a heated indoor swimming pool, tennis courts and BBQ's in the public foreshore area that overlooks a small bay, ideal for families with lots of activities. House Rules; No smoking Not suitable for pets No parties or events Check-in is anytime after 2PM Check out by 10AM Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation Deposit of 50% of a non-refundable is deposit is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the client's acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Balance of the rental amount must be received in full seven days prior to occupancy. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments. Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the guest’s responsibility during their stay. If damage or breakage does occur, it is your responsibility to inform the owner as soon as possible, so appropriate arrangements can be made. Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the guest’s personal property. Departure - the apartment is expected to be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival (apartment to be left clean and tidy). All rubbish is to be removed from the apartment on your departure and placed in the green bins in the underground car park. Check-out time is strictly at 10:00 AM at the latest, to allow time to prepare the apartment before next guest’s arrival. Disturbance to our neighbors, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental. If the above conditions are not met and any additional costs are incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements you will be charged for these items. This will be charged to your credit card and you will be advised of this charge. Otherwise an account will be sent requiring payment. Pets are NOT permitted. Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
