In the condo you can feel right at home with every step you take. As a guest you have access to the common areas in the complex and private access to the unit with a private pool and terrace.
Our concierge will contact you a day in advance for the check in details, don't hesitate to contact him anytime.
All communication must be done through Airbnb messaging. We are several people in charge of messages with you guests and we need to use the same channel to keep track of your reservation and be able to serve you efficiently.
Our concierge will always be available to attend any of your inquiries.
We include 10 KW per night during your stay. In case to go over we charge $8 MXN per extra KW. We take a picture of the meter on your check in and on the check-out to verify the consumption, you have access to the meters anytime.
