For remote workers or digital nomads, there are two separate office spaces (one on each level) for guests to work while overlooking the expansive grounds of the community. Specially featured in the lower level office space is original work from local artist, Steve Goiones, who does commission work for the annual Big Rock Tournament in Morehead City, NC.
Note: This property uses a Ring Doorbell for security purposes on the exterior door to the unit in the condominium corridor only. The Ring Doorbell has capability to record 24/7 and owner has ability to monitor footage 24/7. The surveillance data is encrypted within the Ring server and all data is deleted within the parameters within said server.
