This fully furnished luxury apartment has 2 king beds, an in-unit washer and dryer, central AC and heating, a fully equipped kitchen, 65-inch TV in the living room and TVs in the rooms, a desk for business travellers, and is great for short or long stays
THE SPACE
This large 1,174 Square foot 2-bedroom luxury apartment has two bathrooms, an in-unit washer and dryer, central AC and heating, a filtered water dispenser, and a fully equipped kitchen (all pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, etc. are included) desk for business travellers and is great for short or long stays
The complex also has onsite management, a clubhouse with a pool table, amazon lockers, and great mountain views!
Very safe and central location with onsite overnight security with easy access to all of Colorado Springs.
The apartment is on the 1st story with no stairs involved
The apartment has lots of closet space, but additional paid storage options are available
There is plenty of free parking spaces in front of the building. (We are on the waitlist for reserved garage spaces currently, once available they are $100 per month if wanted)
We are pet friendly, pets are $100 per month
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The complex requires us to do a background check on all residents and sign a lease prior to your move in date. After we accept your reservation, we will send these to your email and must be done within 48 hours of accepting the reservation or we will have to cancel your reservation with a full refund back to you.
There is a non-refundable $40 fee per applicant for the background check
Cannot have any criminal history or evictions
