The Solterra Resort community is located just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World, 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, and near to all of Orlando’s best attractions. The resort amenities include a spa, a large resort-style swimming pool with zero entry slope, waterslide, and a lazy river. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy volleyball courts, tennis courts, even a soccer field. The 6700 square foot clubhouse holds a fitness center, business center, and poolside café. You’ll also find a children’s playground and picnic area.
With a Modern Morrocan design, a massive floor plan will greet you when you enter the home, with an open concept living, dining, kitchen area – plenty of space for your large group! To accommodate the added guest capacity, there is plenty of seating with two large sectionals, two large dining tables, and island barstools. The custom kitchen includes two stainless steel refrigerators and dishwashers. You will even find two full laundry rooms, one on each floor.
Upstairs you will find a huge lounge area with plenty of fun for everyone. Play foosball, air hockey, or shoot some pool under the market lights, while others sit and cheer you on from the wet bar. Fitting with the Modern Moroccan design, the north end of the loft has a one-of-a-kind "Movie Kasbah Lounge." Close the tent doors and settle into over-stuffed floor furniture, cushions and poufs for a uniquely memorable home-cinema experience.
This gorgeous home’s layout accommodates 10 King bedrooms, a nanny/granny/tween suite, AND a three-bedroom themed children’s wing that sleeps 14-16 kids. Your child can choose their own adventure with Frozen, Minions or even a Star Wars room, all with custom painted murals.
Perhaps, you’ll want to spend your day lounging poolside. Then head back downstairs and open the large patio doors to the expansive outdoor living space. The covered lanai overlooks a large private pool with spill-over spa so that you can relax in the sun or sit in the shade. Enjoy evening meals and drinks outside with plenty of lounge and dining seating.

Summary: Mixed feelings on this property. The biggest plus was the many private bedroom/bathroom combos and the size of the house. The house needs a deep cleaning and some repairs. We were pretty disappointed that several gaming elements we wanted (part of the reason we booked the property!) were not even working. The air hockey table and both arcade games were broken when we got there. Property manager was pretty nonresponsive. Said they wound send someone to fix the one arcade game (the other had a shattered screen and the screen “was back ordered for months”). Also said maintenance would come and fix the air hockey table. Maintenance looked at these items and said they would come back the next day to repair. They never showed. Multiple emails and calls were not returned for the remainder of our stay. Xboxes in the game room are missing remotes. My 8 year old niece cut her foot pretty badly on a piece of shattered glass that was on the front porch. An older member in our group injured their foot on a loose nailhead that was sticking up on the wooden stairs. One of the bathroom door upstairs doesn’t even shut. Overall I would say the family had a good time but we have a good time wherever we go! Would not book this house again.
