There is a full size pull out sofa bed, a bunk bed with single on top and double on the bottom in the 2nd bedroom and queen in the master.

This location can't be beat with views out the back patio of the ski hill, where you can watch your kids and friends come down the slopes. It is true ski out and ski in.
This condo comes with ski locker, community lodge area, clubhouse, pool and hot tub.

This family-friendly condo has nice valley views and features a fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances needed to prepare mouth-watering meals and snacks for the group, a gas fireplace to keep you all nice and warm during your stay, free WiFi, washer/dryer, and ski locker access. Please note that covered parking is in a shared garage and available for one vehicle.

Base Camp One is centrally located in Grand County and is an ideal launching point for all the recreational activities in our area, with back door access to ski and bike and close access to Golf Granby Ranch. Winter Park Ski Area, Rocky Mountain National Park, Hot Sulphur Springs, Lake Granby, and Arapaho National Forest are all within a 30-minute drive.

Granby Ranch has recently changed their policy for guest use of the community pool and community trails. Here are the details:
Pool: If you would like to use the community pool or hot tub, you will need to purchase a daily guest pass at the pool for $10 (per person, per day). Children 8 and under are free and this also includes access to the clubhouse, game room and fitness center. For a pass to be issued you must provide proof that you are staying in this home. The welcome email or the confirmation email, showing the address, should suffice.
Trails: Granby Ranch is a little different from other ski resorts on federal land. Consisting of trails on primarily private land, all guests riding or hiking on either cross country trails or our lift-accessed downhill network must possess a valid pass or ticket product. Guests must also sign a waiver. Rates and tickets are available here: https://granbyranch.com/bike/ One exception to this requirement is the Granby-to-Fraser trail, which does not require a pass or waiver.
