The location allows easy access to the resort and is a great base for exploring Brian Head and the surrounding areas. Close to town and easily accessed year round on paved and plowed roads, you will find arrival here will not be difficult. Surrounded by spruce, firs and aspens, your privacy is ensured and your views are serene. With a private hot tub, a large, fully stocked kitchen and plenty of in-home entertainment, the whole group will find something to enjoy. THE PROPERTY: Great Room: Large two-story great room on main level with floor to ceiling windows, welcomes in lots of natural light and views of the surround aspens and spruce. It features comfortable seating for the group with a large smart television with digital cable and all of your favorite apps so you can keep up with your shows. A digital receiver with surround sound and DVD player allow you to enjoy your entertainment in the full spectrum of sound. A natural gas fireplace provides a warm place to relax after a day on the slopes. Master Bedroom: Located conveniently on the main level with a King Bed and large walk-in closet. The room features exposed timber beams and it's own private gas fireplace. A smart television and DVD player for entertainment, is discreetly placed in a media armoire. Large double head, walk-in shower also includes a rain shower as well. Dual vanities with granite counters and large mirror. The master suite also features a quiet sitting area with a desk, just in case you need to get some work done. Private french doors allow easy access to the large rear deck and the private hot-tub. Kitchen: Large, open kitchen on the main level features everything you need to prepare and serve that special meal. Spacious granite counters give you plenty of prep room and a counter bar for extra seating. Appliances include a natural gas range and oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and french door refrigerator with freezer. Small appliances include toaster, electric hand mixer, blender, Crock-Pot, waffle iron and large electric griddle. There is even a pantry for you to store food for the whole group during your stay. Place settings for 24+ with plenty of extra utensils and cookware. Plenty of serving dishes and bakeware. The chef in your group will not be disappointed. Capresso Coffee Team TS coffee maker gives you the option to grind your favorite beans or use instant grounds to start off your day right. A half bath is conveniently located on the main level off the front entry hall. Upper Level: Features a spacious loft where you will find large windows to let in plenty of natural light as well as provide great views of the surrounding forest. Enjoy an ample selection of board games and puzzles after your day of adventures at the pub table positioned in front of the large windows. There is also a reading chair with ottoman and plenty of books to enjoy for the children and adults. Two bedrooms are located on the upper level. One features a queen bed and a bunk with two twins. The other features a double bed and two twins. Each bedroom features a large closet and plenty of dresser space. Both bedrooms feature lots of windows to let in natural light. The full bath on the upper level includes a tub with shower. Lower Level: The basement features the fourth bedroom which includes a twin over double bunk bed as well as a separate twin bed. There is a full bath with walk-in shower adjacent to the bedroom. A spacious laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing station is available for your use. There is also a family room in the basement with large screen TV, and Chromecast for you to enjoy all of your favorite shows, directly from your smart device. Additionally there is a classic Sony Playstation 2 with lots of games and a new Nintendo NES Classic which features all of your favorite original Nintendo games. The great room also features a gas fireplace where you can warm up after a day on the slopes. There is a queen hide-a-bed in the great room sofa. In the game room there is a pool table/air hockey table as well as a Foosball table. The kids (and the kids at heart) will love this space! The large outdoor rear deck is a wonderful place to relax, BBQ and listen to the serene sound of wind in the trees in the warmer months. It features (in the Spring, Summer and Fall) a table with seating, a hammock, as well as a natural gas BBQ grill for you to create your favorite grilled masterpieces. A two car garage is available for your use which will fit vehicles up to 6'6" in height and up to 20' feet in length. There is also room in the garage to store your skis, snowboards, bikes and other toys that you would like to bring along. The driveway will accommodate 4 vehicles. We have several sleds that are available for your use and even have some cold weather gear such as jackets, hats, goggles, and gloves which you are welcome to use during your stay. THE BRIAN HEAD EXPERIENCE: Brian Head is second highest town in the US with a base elevation of 9800 feet. Utah is known throughout the world for it's world class skiing and the powder to make a perfect skiing experience. Brian Head has some of the best powder in Utah due to it's high elevation and an average annual snowfall of over 360 inches. The resort offers runs for all abilities and has two connected mountains offering a wide range of terrain and unmatched views. In the summer Brian Head Resort offers lots of activities for the whole family, including hiking, tubing, ropes courses, and lift served downhill mountain biking. The Brian Head area and Dixie National Forest have developed a large network of cross-country mountain bike trails. The resort rents all the equipment that you might need for your winter or summer adventures. In the winter snowmobiling has become a very popular activity in and around Brian Head.
