Positive: It is a spacious unit with a lot of potential. The kitchen and living areas were nice.
Negative: The bad reviews...they are all true. The bedding is gross on all the beds. The comforters, shams, and pillows all stink and are yellowed with old sweat and body oils. You walk into the bedrooms, and it immediately hits you. I actually had to rewash all of the sheets (if they were even washed in the first place?), and washed the pillows two at a time in the washer before we could stand to sleep on them. The comforter was too big for the washer, so I soaked it in the tub and gray water and dirt just seeped out (included in the pictures). Even after soaking and washing twice, it still stank. So we left it off and just made do with blankets from the closet. I actually went out to Walmart and bought 4 new cheap pillows to sleep on. The tvs do not work. Period. We tried the cable boxes, streaming, everything and just had blank screens and some sound sometimes. There are not enough towels for the unit. There is no door for the master toilet room so there's absolutely no privacy while going to the bathroom and showering. The location stated 5 minutes from the nearest beach. That is a blatant lie. It is, at best, 20 minutes from the nearest beach. The description also stated waterfront... the patio backs up to a near empty retention pond covered in algae.
