You will be within walking distance of many restaurants, stores, and even a movie theater. Plus, you are a quick drive to world-class golf courses, fine dining, and plentiful shopping.
This luxury home is close to 3000 square feet and is beautifully appointed throughout. The thoughtful open floor plan is perfect for families and entertaining. The gourmet chef's kitchen is stocked with Thermador appliances, utensil drawers, cookware, and small appliances. In the large open living room, you will find upscale furniture and a 75-inch flat-screen TV. The open floor layout makes this home perfect for a group to spend time together.
The amazing gym includes: Peloton Bike, Tonal Smart Gym (all in one fitness & strength training), Power Plate-Vibration Plate, TRX, hand weights, and stretching/yoga mats.
The private backyard is beautifully landscaped with mature palm trees and citrus trees. There is a large covered patio with sectional seating, a 65-inch flat-screen TV, and a large outdoor dining table. The outdoor patio is composed of imported travertine tile.

-Parking- 3 cars max. Street parking is prohibited at all times.
-Occupancy Max- 8 people (children and infants included) at any time (day or night). The City of Scottsdale requires guests shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).
-Quiet hours are 10pm-9am.
