It is situated one block from Moonlight Beach and surfing destination spot D-Street. Lavish finishes and decor such as West Elm, Article, Loloi, Industry West, Castlery and many more. Fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials including from Smeg, KitchenAid, Nespresso, Keurig, Crate & Barrel, Pottery Barn, Caraway, Williams Sonoma.
Fully renovated 1930s home with character includes quartz countertops, restored gas fireplace, free standing tub, a full house water filtration system, air conditioning, heat, and more.. Includes two gas fire pits outdoors and BBQ grill. Outdoor surf shower after returning from the beach.
Location is steps (1 block) to world renowned Moonlight Beach (volleyball, fire pits, snack area, nice beach) and D street (for surfing). Also a block or two to the train station, Lazy Acre grocery store as well as restaurants in the heart of Encinitas.
Night stay includes coffee pods. Includes free WiFi, cable TV, free standing tub, walk in shower. Bed includes memory foam mattress, clean and cozy bedding.

Summary: We stayed just over a week and had a great stay! This quiet cottage has had a really nice renovation and has everything you need for an escape to the beach. Comfy furniture, very nice bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The location is fantastic, steps to Moonlight Beach and the shops and restaurants on the coastal highway, and an easy walk to the SRF gardens and grocery stores. The wonderful owners manage the property themselves and are great communicators. We will definitely return and highly recommend this cottage!
