The Toccoa Lodge is a beautiful home nestled on 7 acres of private land with 1,200 ft of river front. Trails and hiking surround the property along with excellent trout fishing right in front of the Lodge. Trophy trout over 10lbs have been caught right off the banks of the river. Across the river is a 150 acre farm with rolling hills. The Lodge is beautifully decorated with abundant amenities including a gourmet kitchen, 2 large patio decks - one on each level, 4 fireplaces available for use, pool table, foosball, indoor shuffle board, multi-arcade with 60 favorite games, 2 pinball machines, and also Golden Tee Golf arcade. Outdoor fire pit with seating for 12 next to the river with complimentary firewood. One of the special feature is the recently added home theatre which features luxury recliners with seating for 12 and 120" projection screen with high quality audio and video for watching sporting events or movies with the family. Includes DirecTV, Netflix, and HBO with OnDemand. The Toccoa Lodge is the perfect destination for a large family getaway or with groups of friends to share and enjoy time together. Enjoy beautiful views of the Toccoa River while you enjoy the large hot tub, hang out on several patio decks, or fish along its borders. Just minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, but seemingly miles away, The Toccoa Lodge with its upscale amenities and breathtaking views will be a place you’ll want to come back time after time!
