Dripping Spring Village of Time Villa sits on 15 acres of rolling hills and is located just a few miles from Fitzhugh Road where you will enjoy numerous wineries, breweries and distilleries. You'll also have convenient and easy access to Hwy 290 (via one of just a few traffic lights) where you find even more restaurants, activities and more.
This single-level home offers a spacious 3,545 square feet with four bedrooms (three are master suites with private bathrooms), four bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests.
You'll enter the home via the garage entrance. After stepping through the laundry room, you will be in the home's main living area, holding the living room, kitchen and dining area.
Living Room: Open and bright, this room offers two couches — one being a full-size sofa sleeper, recliner chairs, a Smart TV and a cozy gas fireplace. There is even a quaint bistro table with seating for two,
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and provides stainless appliances, a center island with seating for two, plus seating for three at the kitchen bar. There is also a lovely breakfast table with seating for four.

Additional spaces include an expansive stone patio with more outdoor chairs, and a separate covered gazebo that is perfect for intimate gatherings including wine tasting. The private yard offers plenty of space for a game of corn hole or just relaxing in the hammock. And a new hot tub has just been added! (Please note that the tennis courts on the property are not accessible to guests.)
