Welcome to our beautiful home! From the picturesque drive to the spectacular sunsets in the backyard, we want you to feel at home and enjoy the comfort, serenity and beauty as much as we do.
Located in a picturesque setting, less than 10 minutes to charming downtown Weaverville, and an easy 20 minute drive to Asheville, this open concept modern house boasts comfort and practicality for families or romantic couples looking for a perfect vacation getaway. The master bedroom has a spa like bathroom with two person hot tub, a private deck, and a new king size bed. Upstairs has two bedrooms with great views, each fitted with brand new queen size beds and mattresses.. Another bedroom downstairs is set up as an office/hang out space with a pull out bed if needed.
The main room has towering ceilings and the home is light filled with lots of window in every room. A deck around the house hosts the outdoor dining area and hotter as well as some serene spots to look out over the pastures at the goats, sheep and pigs in the neighboring fields. The house has radiant heat floors and running on solar power as well as a gorgeous fireplace for the cool winter months.

Summary: Run-down rental property. Living room couch would be rejected by Goodwill. Had to sit on dining room chairs to watch TV. Why didn't we watch TV in the master bedroom you ask.........it did not work. Refrig & oven very dirty. Toilet in master bedroom did not work. Get the idea????
