The Space:
As you pull up to your new home away from home, you’ll notice the stunning brick exterior and beautiful front yard sitting in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The interior is even more breath-taking. The beautiful hardwood and stunning architectural features, including columns and wall molding, lend a regal and luxe feel to the home; it’s a perfect mix of classy and modern finishes coming together to create an exquisite result. Plus, the high-end furniture and décor only add to the beauty. You’ll truly feel like royalty in this home!
The front of the home features a formal dining room and a lovely alcove with bay windows. The large open living space with high vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light will be the perfect place for everyone to comfortably gather to chat, eat, play games, watch TV, or make plans. Don’t let the beautiful couches fool you — they’re just as comfy as they are pretty! The feature wall in the living room has a beautiful brick look and a large fireplace.
You’ll have a great view of this room from the stunning, spacious gourmet kitchen. The beautiful granite countertops offer tons of counter space, plus there are plenty of cabinets and a huge pantry to store all your ingredients and snacks. The kitchen also features built-in appliances and is fully equipped so you’ll have everything you need, whether you’re cooking up a fresh meal or simply enjoying some takeout.
With 5 large bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, you’ll have enough room to bring everyone along. The over-sized master bedroom is separated from the other rooms, offering some privacy. The other bedrooms are also quite large and are all furnished with beautiful furniture and luxurious bedding. You’ll love plopping down on the beds after a long, fun-filled day. The master bathroom contains dual sinks, a jetted soaking tub, and a separate standing shower. It also features an excellent vanity, the perfect spot to get ready for a day out.
Even after all those amazing features, we still haven’t seen the whole house yet. Let’s head out to the stunning backyard which has a huge pool, perfect for those hot Texas days! There is also tons of space around the pool to lounge and soak up some rays. or fire up the BBQ and enjoy a game on our outdoor TV Plus, the jacuzzi offers yet another spot to relax and unwind — that is what vacations are for after all!
In terms of sleeping arrangement, our beds layout are as follows:
Master Bedroom: King Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed + a couch opens up to single bed | Bedroom 3: Queen Bed + a couch opens up to single bed | Bedroom 4: Queen bed and a Twin bunk bed | Bedroom 5: two twin over twin bunk Beds (please note: this room will be opened for groups of 12+ only)
You will find the laundry room fully equipped with a washer/ dryer, baby crib and highchair, vacuum, and cleaning products. Please feel free to use any and all!
Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.

Situated in the Dalrock Estates neighborhood of Rowlett, your vacation home will be in a growing upscale community, located on Lake Ray Hubbard. You’ll be 40 minutes to DFW
Airport and just 25 to downtown Dallas.
You’ll be just a short drive away from the most popular Dallas attractions. Pay a visit to one of the several museums, including Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Museum of Art, and The Sixth Floor Museum. Other must-see attractions include the JFK Memorial, Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens, Dallas World Aquarium, and Dallas Zoo. You also can’t miss checking out Reunion Tower —it looks especially spectacular at night!
Closer to Rowlett, the Wet Zone Waterpark is 10 minutes away, offering a fun destination for the whole family, and the Waterview Golf club is just 8 minutes away. There are also tons of green spaces. The Rowlett Creek Preserve (located 12 minutes away) offers a 15.6-mile-long trail and allows hikers to create paths ranging from one to 15 miles long. Just 6 minutes away and situated on 6.4 acres of land, Lakeside Park is a recreational area that features hiking trails that wrap around the lake. Additionally, Firewheel Town Center is just 12 minutes away in neighboring Garland, featuring an open-air shopping complex with lots of shops, entertainment, and restaurant options.

you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends.

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.
