3 Bedroom Condo in Central Okanagan, Kelowna
Our condo is located in Pointe Beach Villas, constructed in 2009, on a strata adjacent to Lake Okanagan Resort (LOR) in West Kelowna. The building is not only attractive but also well maintained. It is well positioned on a “point”, in a relatively secluded part of the property. The unobstructed view of the lake is stunning: world class. One never tires of looking at it!
The condo is spacious (1,600 sf) with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. It has a well-designed open floor plan that optimizes the view of the lake, which can be seen from the kitchen, dining and living area and the master bedroom. The two secondary bedrooms overlook the resort’s executive golf course. Our condo provides you with two exterior designated parking stalls. The strata also has designated a handicapped parking stall and three visitor parking stalls.
The layout of the bedrooms allows the evenings to be quiet and secluded if required for children since the two secondary bedrooms are separated from the living area at the back of the condo. One of these bedrooms has a king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom. The other bedroom has two single beds with access to the main bathroom across the hall. The large master bedroom with ensuite contains a king size bed. It is located at the front of the unit overlooking the patio and Lake Okanagan. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV and a DVD player. Each bathroom is equipped with towels, liquid hand soap and body/hair wash. The kitchen is well appointed with lots of light, cupboards, granite countertops, a huge island with seating and a full complement of quality cookware. The dining area is designed for six people, however, can seat eight. The living room, with sofa and two reading chairs, overlooks the lake. It also contains a gas fireplace with a large flat screen TV and DVD and CD players.
There are 10 other 3-bedroom condos available for rent in our building. So what are the reasons for choosing our condo over any of the others?
• Our condo has been professionally and tastefully furnished by an interior designer.
• The condo is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. All of the linens and bedding are freshly laundered.
• Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking utensils that you will need.
• Yes, all of the lake views in the building are similar. We think our view is one of the best in the building since ours is a corner unit. You can simultaneously look across the lake and down the lake to the south.
Guests of Pointe Beach have access to all the amenities offered by LOR. These amenities include:
• A par 3, 9 hole, executive golf course.
• 2 tennis courts.
• 2 basketball courts.
• Family and kids’ swimming pools.
• 2 public hot tubs, one outside and one interior.
• A children’s play area with swings, slides, etc.
• A public beach which includes a licensed “Tiki Bar”, the only one on Lake Okanagan.
• A full-service marina that includes all boat and other ‘water toy’ rentals.
It is public knowledge that the original buildings at Lake Okanagan Resort built in the 1970’s have deteriorated during the past decade. Renovations and/or upgrades are needed. Having said that, the amenities which our guests will use are operational and safe.
In summary, Pointe Beach Villas II is a great get-away for those who simply wish to relax or for those with an active lifestyle.
Note that we book guests on a weekly basis from Saturday check-in to Saturday check-out. We may be able to make some exceptions.
