The perfect getaway if you are trying to escape the city for some privacy. Minutes away from plenty of attractions & shopping centers. Our property is always sparkling clean and sanitized for all of our guests for a safe experience. Minimum age requirement to book is 28 years of age. Poconovilla is a 3,500 SF home with 6 bedrooms and 3 full modern bathrooms. This home can sleep 18 people. Has a covered wrap around porch and a deck located in the rear which offers a brand new 7 person hot tub for our guests.

Hot Tub: 7 person hot tub available 365 days a year.

Summary: This house was stunning from the driveway!! We arrived just after sunset and the house was lit up outside with Christmas lights and so easy to enter the house with personalized door code!!! Clean sheets/towels were provided and that was so helpful to us all🙏. The space was very inviting and freshly remodeled!! And the quality of work was very impressive!! I’m big on tile work and it was done very well..! Nice and neat🙂! Kitchen was big enough for everyone in our family and we weren’t sitting on top of one another ! We had everything we needed to cook and enjoy !! Thank you so much for opening up your home to us! We entered the new year here and it’s off to a great start!
