The Space:
The house has four floors and a roofdeck, each with tremendous offerings.
You're greeted by the open concept living & dining area featuring cozy seating on a deep couch accompanying a large ultra high definition smart TV! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'd need to make a gourmet meal.
The lower level features a full bathroom, blue velvet pool table set, cozy pullout couch, and cushy padded chairs to rest in as you await your next shot. You're going to hang out down here, a lot!
In the second story, you'll find another luxury bathroom. There are two bedrooms on this level. The first offers an ultra-thick plush queen mattress and plenty of natural light. The second bedroom on this floor has its own queen bed, outfitted with high-quality sheets to compliment the ultra-thick plush mattresses. You'll feel like you're on a cloud.
The master suite offers plenty of space to spread out and relax. There's multiple closets for all your bags. Did I mention the spa-like bathroom with dual vanity and giant shower?
As if the master suite doesn't have your head in the clouds, be sure to stop by the wet bar for a beverage on the way to the rooftop deck. Here you'll find breathtaking views of the Philadelphia Skyline and plenty of space to make memories on your trip!
The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is a vibe. The up and coming nature adds a unique charm. You'll notice breweries and beer gardens are just a 5 minute ride, buildings have funky murals, and the people are welcoming with a mix of new age spunk and tenured folks. For an expansive selection and debatably Philly's hottest night life, you are only 10 minute uber ride away from Fishtown and Northern Liberties.
Highly recommend Poe's Sandwich Joint and Human Robot Brewery.
