This dramatic condo has a fabulous corner location and private roof deck that makes the most of the views of the Gulf and the spectacular Pointe Santo grounds and lagoon. Fully remodeled and professionally redecorated to luxury standards. Complete with everything including a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. Four flat-screen TVs with satellite service and Netflix. Living room has high-definition TV, Blu-ray disc player and Bose surround sound system. The master suite has a king bed, whirlpool tub and double walk-in shower. The guest suite has two full-size beds and a walk-in shower. The office nook has a PC with flat-screen display and color printer, cable modem for high speed Internet access, and wireless and wired connections for guest PCs.
To make your family’s visit as safe as possible, we are meticulously abiding by the CDC guidelines regarding cleaning, disinfecting and social distancing. We are allowing additional time between the check out of one family and the arrival of the next to allow adequate time for proper cleaning and sanitizing. Pointe Santo has adjusted seating areas to allow social distancing; is disinfecting all common areas and touch areas such as the pool bathrooms, elevator buttons, pool handrails, door handles, gates and trash areas.
Pointe Santo's tropically landscaped grounds include swimming pool, hot tub, tennis, gas grills and a range of staffed children's activities. With one of the best beaches on Sanibel, it is the ideal location to enjoy the Gulf and collect shells. It is close to several golf courses as well as fabulous restaurants, shops, boating, and fishing.
Sanibel Island is the ideal family vacation spot. 28 miles of bicycle paths crisscross the island and run right past the Pointe Santo complex. The famous 'Ding' Darling Wildlife Refuge is nearby.

Summary: I really love the property, however we only got to stay 3 days of the week we paid for. Hurricane Ian came and Sanibel had a mandatory evacuation. I have tried to reach the owner to see about a partial refund as we did not leave because we wanted to but because it was mandatory for the whole island. However he has not responded to our request or even answered our email.
