- Access to the Ritz-Carlton pool - Unfortunately the pool at the Ritz is closed for renovation from August 2020 to April 2021. However, they have arranged for Tiburon golf members (and therefore you when we transfter the membership to you during your stay) to have access to the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point facilities during this time. The Hyatt Regency Coconut Point facilities are described as the largest resort poolscape in South West Florida. They have 3 acres of water attractions including a meandering lazy river, 5 waterslides and a tranquil adult only pool and hot tub. They also have a kid-friendly waterfall pool plus a family favourite adventure pool and splash down pool.
Access your 3,000+ square feet of luxury (including 2500 sq. ft under air, 665 sq. ft. lanai and balcony) via a convenient private elevator. Enter into your private formal foyer and be drawn in by the views to the outdoors.

The modern and well equipped kitchen is fitted with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, an island and convenient breakfast bar. The kitchen is open to the family room, and also features a pass through to the dining room, so you are never far from your guests.
The large and comfortable family room has an entertainment centre with a large television (cable and Netflix included) and sound system (with in ceiling speakers throughout the main living space, lanai and master bedroom). The family room offers access to the front balcony, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee.
The dining room is open to the living room and leads to the spacious lanai that spans the back of the condo. With lounge seating and separate dining area, this lanai is perfect for day time or evening relaxing and entertaining. With tropical plants as well as views of the nature preserve and the beautiful Castillo fountains, this unit's lanai is among the largest, most private, and inviting in Castillo. HOUSE RULES:
1. Monthly, Seasonal, or Annual rental availability.
2. Tenants must be approved by the Castillo Condominium Association before a booking can be finalized. Tenants will be required to complete an electronic evaluation form for review. The cost to conduct the evaluation is $100 per person or married couple. No charge for children. The tenant is responsible for the cost of this process.
3. If the rental includes golf membership, tenants must pay a $500 fee to transfer golf membership.
4. Tenants must read and agree to the Castillo Rules and Regulations. These rules include, but are not limited to:
a) No pets.
b) Children under 12 shall be under the direct control of a responsible adult. (Please note that children are welcome in our home, however please note that the condo has not been baby/child proofed. Please take care to ensure your child's safety.)
c) No loud noises (music, etc.) particularly after 10pm or before 9am.
5. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the lanai.
6. Please be quiet and respectful of golfers in play. The golf course is strictly off limits unless you book a tee time through Tiburon Golf Club.
7. Castillo Pool Rules are posted and include a strict no glass policy. Please use plastic or cans when taking food or beverages to the pool or BBQ area.
8. We ask that you please treat our home and our neighbors with the same level of respect you'd hope to receive.
