This penthouse condo was once the private unit for the developer of Regatta Bay. You can see for miles up and down the main channel with a perfect view of fireworks displays from the Lodge of the Four Seasons. Windows galore provide water views from all over the open floor plan. Vaulted ceilings add to the already spacious unit. Every bedroom is its own suite with private bath. You may want to spend your entire stay in the relaxing master suite with spectacular water views, a private door to the deck, jacuzzi tub, separate shower, double sinks and huge walk-in closet. There is a second king suite and third queen suite, both with spacious walk-in closets and private bathrooms. Including the sleeper-sofa in family room, this unit can easily accommodate 8 or more guests. Enjoy the huge outdoor deck with a fire pit and couch while watching the action on the water. Or sneak away to the quiet private front porch where you can also cook on the large gas grill. Dine indoors or outdoors - there is more seating than you will need. Throw a log in the wood-burning fireplace to add to your ambiance. The unit has been recently remodeled and boasts modern appliances including a large washer and dryer. We provide nearly every comfort of home that you could desire including wi-fi and cable TV. This is a top floor unit, so no noise above you to worry about, and just minimal steps to get there.
Have your own boat? There are generally slips available in the complex, nearby trailer parking and boat ramps. We can provide details.
No boat? We have a 37 foot Sea Ray cruiser. Depending on the dates, it may be available for charter. Inquire for separate pricing and $100 credit.
Regatta Bay is one of the nicest complexes at the Lake with a great location by land or by water. No other complex offers the serine park-like green space where you may find deer, turkey, and other local wildlife. There are 2 swimming pools, 2 recently resurfaced tennis courts, basketball hoop, a swim dock, a playground and several large pavilions. Great location for families and family reunions - rent some of the other available units in the complex (of course everyone will be jealous of your unit). Minutes from dining and shopping. Nearby golf (10+ courses), spa, and boat/waverunner rental. Short drives to the famous nostalgic "Strip" near Bagnell Dam, the fabulous outlet mall and the action packed water park. There are miniature golf courses and go-kart tracks all around the Lake area. You could spend a week at the Lake and still not do and see everything.
RESPONSIBLE ADULTS & FAMILIES ONLY - NO PETS and NO SMOKING - This is our vacation home and we take great care to make sure it stays in pristine condition. It is meticulously appointed with high end furnishings. This especially includes bachelor & college groups which are NOT a fit for our property or the complex.

Summary: This was our second visit to this location, and it was just as relaxing and trouble free as the first visit. We have had some discouraging experiences with other places we’ve stayed, but not here. The owners are extremely easy to communicate with, the condo is well stocked with kitchen items and small comforts like extra blankets, pillows and alarm clocks. We are looking forward to staying here again!
