Luxurious 4 bedroom home in the Papamoa hills with incredible views from every room but only 8 minutes to the beach & town. Enjoy the large heated pool & outdoor areas, with loads for kids to do, with a 60m long zip line, football field, tree swing, friendly pet farm animals and access to our 17 acres & the Papamoa Hills walk! While you lounge on the deck, the kids can play footy on the football pitch at the bottom of the hill or walk down to the poplar tree, with its swing out over the valley below. There is native bush to explore and of course the papamoa hills walk and summer hill mountain bike trails behind us. The upstairs office has an incredible view and a second big tv screen with bean bags, so the kids can watch a separate movie or play on the PlayStation while adults have the cosy lounge to themselves. We have chickens to gather eggs from if you fancy, 4 pet cows who love a fuss & scratch, + Larry the sheep & Mara our goat (a favourite with our farmstay guests!). Escape the craziness of the Mount in the summer and relax in the country (only 15 minutes drive away) with moreporks to lull you to sleep at night & endless stars. See the sunrise from the front deck or have a siesta in the hammocks.. soak in the gorgeous stone bath or star gaze from the deck.. Prepare to have an incredible family holiday on our unique property, with all the joys of a lifestyle block and none of the work! 2 additional mattresses are available for children at $30pp. This is our family home and the first time we have put it on airbnb, which is why there are no reviews yet. Set in the beautiful Bay of Plenty, we are blessed with one of the best surf and swimming beaches in NZ, along with several beautiful walks (the Papamoa Hills walk which is in our backyard, options of walking around the Mount or climbing to the summit, plus the Kaiate Falls walk). Within 10 minutes drive, there are a number of special local cafes, including 'the Daily' (cafe of the year 2019), plus a huge variety of restaurants and shops. Bayfair shopping mall is 10-15 minutes drive and for some more unique shops, there is boutique shopping in the Mount (20 minutes drive). There are also 2 lovely natural hot pools nearby - Welcome Bay hot pools and the Mount hot pools, so you really are spoiled for choice. That’s without popping over to neighbouring Rotorua, 50 minutes drive away with its adrenaline tourism and the redwood forest mountain biking trails!
