Perched on the shore of Lac Desert this retreat boasts a breathtaking panoramic view that invites you to unwind and reconnect with nature. Step inside to discover a grand wood fireplace, providing both warmth and ambiance while savoring the perfect blend of comfort. The modern kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art amenities for your convenience. A private dock invites you to indulge in waterfront activities and create memories.
MAXIMUM 14 guests with restrictions. Max 12 Adults+kids up to 14 on the property at all time, NO daytime guests. Bookings of more than 12 guests or if you are new to AIRBNB with no reviews will require additional security deposit.
This Panoramic view Cottage has an exceptional , most breathtaking view over the lake.
It is a brand new construction (2023) directly on the lake with a fairly large private wooded lot.
Only a few steps down to the dock and you will be able to enjoy the clear waters of Lac Desert, perfect for swimming, fishing and boating (you can bring your motorized watercrafts-please ask us for procedures).

Everything is planned for convenience and comfort from the layout to the enjoyable cotton high quality bedding in all of bedrooms.
Come enjoy the large game/family room with 13' ceiling and sprawling windows with the best VIEW on the lake! Play Ping-Pong, Basketball, Arcade, or board games or just watch a movie on the SMART TV ( Netflix, Prime) from the large sectional sofa.

On the main ground floor (one step to get into the house) you will find

- large open area with a fully equipped kitchen including a 10' long island, a Large dining area to seat at least 12 guests, a living area with comfortable sofas overlooking the lake and a high efficiency wood burning fire place to keep you warm on cooler nights and to have a true cottage experience.

-Spacious gaming/living room with 13 feet ceilings. Included: ping-pong table, ARCADE, BASKETBALL games, ring toss game.
-Access to large deck overlooking the lake (coming in spring 2024).

Groceries and gas station is 6 min away in the heart of the village.
You can spend colder days in front of the indoor or outdoor fire place or in the 4 season SPA all overlooking the lake. In the summer enjoy the dock and private sandy beach. We include kayaks and a pedal boat for your enjoyment with life jackets.
