Cosy character barn conversion nestled in a medieval alley in the heart of Fairford, formerly used as the Town's post office mailing and sorting rooms. Two boutique luxury bedrooms, both en-suite. Large fully equipped kitchen, generous living space. Pretty enclosed stone walled garden. We're next door to a lovely 15th century Inn with a choice of other pubs nearby; Italian restaurant; local shops; Pharmacy; Cafes and takeaways on hand - a perfect base to explore this lovely part of the world. One of three in a row of unique luxury cottages hidden in a pretty medieval alley, originally associated to the Monk’s Chanting House (now the next door coaching inn and hotel) and our beautiful 15th century Church. Bedroom 1 has a Kingsize bed and large en-suite (with bath/shower), with 43" 4K ambilight TV. Bedroom 2 is a twin room and en-suite (with shower) also with 43" 4K ambilight TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the store cupboard essentials needed for cooking. Large fridge and separate freezer plus additional under-counter fridge. Dishwasher and Washer Dryer. The living room as a 50" 4K ambilight TV with PS4 Pro games console and a selection of games. The Church side of the high street is free, any time of day/night. The shop side of the high street is restricted to 1hr Mon-Sat (9am to 6pm). At the top of the high street, opposite Lynwood Café is the large town car park, which is free, any time of day/night.
