Our ground floor unit is just steps away from the ocean. Walk right out and jump into one of 4 infinity pools.
This is not a safe swimming beach but it is alive with all kinds of ocean life. Great fishing right off the shore! You will need a vehicle to get around. Walk on 27 km unpopulated beach!There is 24 hr security and a day time front desk. We have a private manager to help with any of your needs. Bring your clubs as we have 4 amazing golf courses in the area.
The space
There are roof top decks to view the entire area. A great work out room and tennis courts at the entrance.

4 infinity pools, hot tub ( not hot), work out room, roof top barbecues ,tennis courts and turtle hatchery.
Other things to note
Air conditioning is very expensive. Please avoid using but if you need to only use bedrooms for sleeping. Don’t go under 24 degrees as will freeze up. Please turn off when leaving room.

Summary: If you want the feel of Mexico, but the downtime with comfort and security at night this is the place for you. The layout of the condo is perfect for a family of 4 or two couples. We had very inexpensive facials and massages in our own room. The little restaurant right outside the condo was very good and inexpensive. The drive to nearby towns was absolutely no problem! Really short and easy, but I recommend having a car if you stay here. The people we met while we were there were very friendly and help. We also were lucky enough to take part in a turtle release! I do recommend bug spray every evening. I got eaten alive not realizing, even though the condo had a basket of spray set out right in front of my face. My husband and one child hardly got touched. Some people are extra sweet I guess. Also, this is not a swimming beach, but that wasn’t a problem either. The pools are wonderful and the view of the water, hearing the waves and watching whales was worth it!
