Rock Bottom properties is delighted to welcome you to Encanto. This luxury nightly rental community is located in Ivins, Utah (a bedroom community of Saint George, Utah) Encanto is designed for nightly rentals complete with pool, exercise room, pickle ball courts and basketball hoop. This gorgeous unit was a 2017 Parade Home and has been luxuriously appointed. The home is a 3 bedroom and 3 bath house. Additionally there is a small casita that is rented seperately. This listing is for the main house only*, casita rental not included. The main unit houses three bedrooms ( Two king beds, one queen bed) three full baths, full kitchen, dining room, laundry and a one car attached garage. Outdoor seating and fire pit with incredible views and privacy.. The casita, **rented separately, has a queen bed, full bath and mini wet bar. Red mountain patio with fireplace for sunset viewing.
Our house can be rented in it's entirety or in sections. This is the price for the main house, sleeps 6- ( 3 bedroom/3 bath), so please contact us for details on renting the entire home which includes the casita, which allows 2 additional persons. The casita has its own entrance and cannot be accessed from inside the main home. Pets are limited to two animals, per HOA rules.
