Newly refurbished and furnished in 2019, and new to the holiday rental market, this beautiful villa is situated in a quiet urbanisation, centrally located in Praia da Luz. Not only does the villa have wonderful panoramic sea views, it also has lovely views of Rocha Negra (Black Rock). Private parking for 2 cars to the front of the villa.
The centre of the village and beach are an 8 min easy walk from the villa. Praia da Luz has plenty on offer to make your holiday an enjoyable one; a beautiful sandy beach with beach bars, cafes and restaurants where you will also find beach activities such as jet skis, do-nuts, pedalos etc. In Luz you will also find a good choice of supermarkets, souvenir shops and pharmacies. Importantly, there is a very good Doctors' surgery/clinic where the staff speak excellent English.
The villa has 2 bedrooms (1 ensuite with toilet, bidet and full bath). Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and lead out to a sunny terrace and swimming pool. The newly purchased beds are very comfortable and the new linen is of very good quality with lovely crisp cotton sheets and duvet covers etc. Towels and beach towels are also included. There is also a shower room on the ground floor.
The swimming pool has a pool cover to retain the heat. There are steps leading into the pool.
There are 4 comfortable sunloungers with cushions plus parasols for those days when you need some shade. Mini tables are placed between the sunloungers. A table and 4 chairs plus large cream parasol also positioned by the pool. The parasol is not fixed so you can position as you prefer.
Located upstairs is the spacious fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave etc. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of plates, crockery, glasses, cutlery, saucepans plastic items for use around the pool.
There is also a Nestle Dolce Gusto coffee machine for your use, this machine takes the appropriate capsules. Between the kitchen and dining room is a serving hatch making life a little easier when dining or entertaining.
From the patio doors in the kitchen, you can access the barbecue and spacious al fresco dining area where you can seat 6 people comfortably. For the very sunny and hot days, there is a remote controlled retractable sun shade by the barbecue area. A large cream parasol is also positioned by the outdoor dining table, again, can be positioned as preferred.
Also upstairs is the living/dining room (to maximise the views) with double glazed patio doors leading out to the good sized terrace which overlooks the pool and from where you will have the lovely panoramic sea views and views of Rocha Negra and the village itself. There is a WC upstairs too.
On the spacious upstairs terrace is a sofa and two chairs as well as a smaller coffee table and 2 chairs. The terrace is partly covered which is great for some shade and also for Winter lettings to protect from rain/wind etc.
In the lounge area you will find two new comfortable sofas and smart TV with more than 120 channels including some British and American popular channels. There is excellent wifi for all your personal devices.
The whole villa has been decorated in a contemporary style and furnished to a high standard, giving a lovely bright airy feel with neutral soft colours and lighting.
Please feel free to use the family games available, cool box to take to the beach or Water parks. Water parks have parasols to hire for a small cost.
