👋Welcome to my charming 2-story home 🏠 nestled in a serene neighborhood just 15 minutes away from the vibrant energy of the Las Vegas Boulevard/Strip and our international airport✈️! This new, yet cozy abode is ready to provide you with the best hospitality there is. With the best casinos nearby (Mandalay Bay, Luxor, M Resort, South Point, Excalibur, and many more!). My neighborhood has the best grocery stores around the corner🍓🍋 (Smith's, Albertson's, Walmart, Target), restaurants, etc.!
The Space
🏘️ THE NEIGHBORHOOD.- This home is located in one of the quietest suburbs in Las Vegas. Although the Strip is less than 15 minutes away, as well as the International Airport, this home is surrounded by caring and quiet neighbors that will guarantee sleeping in after magical and fun nights! The bedrooms have the highest quality mattresses, covers, and pillows. Each bathroom is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, razors, cotton balls and swabs, etc. Our kitchen is fully equipped to host any kind of cooking! Lots of spices, dinnerware, silverware, pans, pots, etc. One of the most important amenities our home offers...COFFEE! In other words, my home is fully equipped with everything you need for personal care and for cooking!
🏡 THE HOME - This is a 2-story, all hardwood floors home. Upon the entrance, you'll be met by the foyer, dining, living room and kitchen, as well as a half bathroom for guests. Upstairs you will find a Master bedroom with a King-sized bed, 3 guest rooms with Queen beds and trundle bed (twin beds). Master bathroom in Master bedroom and another full bathroom upstairs to share.

I do like being transparent and upfront regarding other fees that could potentially affect your stay/booking, such as:

The home can host up to 10 guests, but 8 are included within the standard reservation. Should you have more than 8, I kindly ask you include them in the reservation since there is an additional $55 fee per guest per night to help cover for all the extra cleaning and amenities.
🐶PETS🐶
I LOVE our furry friends! And they're always welcomed in my home! I do ask, however, to include them in the reservation to help me cover extra cleaning fees for them. It's an additional $25 per pet per RESERVATION (not per night). It's a one-time, non-refundable fee.
🫧CLEANING FEE🫧
I charge a standard cleaning fee of $199 per booking. This is because I am a "no-check-out-requirements" home‼️‼️ Which means, I'll never ever ask you to get the dishes cleaned, or sheets washed or sweep or mop or....gosh! Nothing like that!!!! You're on vacation 👙🍹🧉🍷AND you're paying a cleaning fee💵💵💵! Let us clean!!!! 😁
⏱️EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT⏱️
I will automatically try my best to have the home ready by 2pm (check-in time is at 4pm) as a courtesy. Also, I will automatically provide a 15-minute late check-out (check-out is at 11am) as a courtesy. 🔊🔊HOWEVER🔊🔊 if there are guests checking out the same day you're checking in, or guests checking in the same day you're checking out, then I will most likely NOT be able to provide these amenities. I take cleaning and disinfecting extremely seriously (just look at my reviews! 🤩🤩) and I cannot bypass any procedures since I like to ensure complete cleanliness upon your arrival! 💖💖💖 Should this be the situation, please ask me to arrange a baggage drop off for you🤗 I will need a 24-hour notice for this, and we ask you kindly hand over your luggage to the cleaning crew 👀without entering the home, please👀. This is, again, to not jeopardize the cleaning and disinfecting process 😊
