Beautiful Naples home w/ private heated pool with spa, large lanai with outdoor kitchen. Local club membership includes restaurant, Tiki Bar, deluxe gym facilities, tennis and bocci. The white sand beaches are approx. 9 miles. Public golf courses are adjacent and shopping centers. Enjoy the popular Fifth Avenue shops and outside cafes! The chef's kitchen has granite counters and stainless appliances. There's wireless internet and TV, furnished with all linens, kitchen accessories and amenities are in the pantry. Relax and enjoy this spacious luxury home in a peaceful and quiet community! Association requires 30 day minimum for rental and restricted number of times per year. May permit small dog with nonrefundable $400.00 deposit and $300. for housewatch. This home is not childproof and there is no safety screen around the pool.

Summary: We arrived 6 hours early and texted owner of ok to move in. She replied yes move in ready so we did. Used towels hanging on shower door and panties on floor so we didn’t know if house had been cleaned but we proceeded anyway as we had been on the road for last 24 hrs. We couldn’t figure out the hot tub (one of the main reasons we got this house, as my wife and I like using the hot tub at night alone without others) so contacted the owner, she replied that they couldn’t get it to work and neither could her neighbor. Pool company came next day so we discussed with them, they said no kidding it doesn’t work because there is no blower on it. I contacted owner and told her there is no blower, so they knew it didn’t work and or someone stole it. Complete silence, So for the money we paid, we were very disappointed with the outcome. Everything else was fine as the house is older, wallpaper coming off everywhere We enjoyed staying there but not for that kind of money again, much newer homes with everything working in gated communities for less. The neighbors were very nice and cordial, they had larger dogs as well so our lab enjoyed that. Overall it was a good experience with some small bumps We liked Lely so much we bought a home while we stayed, so that was nice.
