Positive: I LOVED having my own villa with swimming pool and bathtub under the stars. There is also a kitchen and a welcome coconut drink. The location is outside the main area but easily accessible by gojek for 25000. There is 24 hr cocomart 2 min away and cheap laundry across the street. I hurt myself rafting and the owner or manager brought me a tensor bandage and offered his crutches to use while staying....very kind. Thank you! I felt like a queen
Negative: Breakfast is included, which is nice, but they could do it better. I had two people come to the villa with stuff and prepare the meal. I think they should just deliver a meal. They made stuff in my villa, but toast was made somewhere else, which makes it soggy. If you're going to make coffee at the villa for guests, make fresh toast as well. It also took a while for them to reply at times. I was without power for 30 min before they came, but overall, they are wonderful people.
