Positive: The condo and the building are very-very nice! Location is convenient to get to Beaver Creek; walmart is nearby for quick shopping. The condo was spotless clean; very comfortable beds. All 3 bedrooms had own bathrooms (one is in the hallway). We really enjoyed going to the pool, hottub and steamroom after the day of skiing. The condo had everything we needed: pots and pans, dishes, etc, even oil, salt, pepper, some spices - so not to worry about those little things while doing grocery shopping. We were able to make good breakfasts and dinners like at home. Condo had enough detergent for quick laundry; I think the only necessity that was a bit scarce was the shower gel/shampoo in bathrooms.
Negative: It may be a bit confusing at first with all the codes, app for the shuttle bus, but once we got it we were able to use it. And yes, it's quite pricey property (we were there on the high-demand weekend, so it was extra $$), but worth it. And one major warning: hardwoods in the condo are polished, to the point they are very slippery; some caution needed (we had few falls here and there).
