The exposed brick and gas fireplace give a charming-city loft feel, and the private elevator entrance allows for ease and convenience with a touch of luxury. Enjoy some fresh air on the front balcony, and entertain guests on an additional balcony off of the primary suite. The kitchen features all newer appliances, and both bathrooms were recently updated with new toilets, and faucets. Interior door locks were recently updated to a self-keying system including programmable smart deadbolt on front door.
