Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided at the beginning of the stay. Guests are responsible for additional supplies during extended stays.
➤ Note: The storage room in the basement is off-limits to guests as it is designated for the cleaners. However, guests will have access to the entire unit. Please make yourself at home.
➤ Availability of free driveway parking (5 spaces). You are also permitted to park on the side of the road (Please ensure that parked vehicles do not block access to traffic on the road).

1. There is no front desk as this is a house property. Please contact me via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, including the balcony if there is one. ($400 fine for smoke odor removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 9 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third-party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for the next guests.
6. Please note that check-out time is by 11 am and keys must be placed as instructed. I often accommodate late check-outs if I know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in a $50 charge per each additional half-hour stay.
7. All bookings require the Primary guest's photo ID and the complete names of the guests above 18 years of age.
8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labour, and administration involved.
9. Guests are required to follow the garbage disposal instructions provided in the check-in guide. Failure to comply will result in a $50 fine per bag for improper disposal.
